Remote Access Disclaimer

Customers are responsible for ensuring their system is backed up and secure prior to remote access.

Fees for services are clearly communicated in advance and may vary based on the scope of work, service tier, or location. Payment terms must be agreed upon prior to commencement. HAA does not offer refunds for completed work unless a fault or omission on our part is substantiated.
